It's not every day you watch your own child get abused!
On-screen, that is.
In Chloë Grace Moretz's new film, Carrie, there were a few scenes in there that made her mom (and any other mom) uneasy.
Fortunately, Terri Moretz is nothing but a loving mother and she knew what to expect since she has seen the original Carrie film from 1976.
But even knowing what was coming, momma bear Terri still found the scenes unbearable to watch, saying:
"I'm a momma bear, and there are times that you have to just let go, and it's not easy. There are moments that you're like, 'Ooh, I can't watch it,' but it's just so beautifully done. I saw the original one [the 1976 classic starring Sissy Spacek and Piper Lauer], and this one is really beautiful, but it's psychologically disturbing."
We simply cannot imagine having to deal with that!
It makes us wonder if she was on set during those scenes.
She must've had some moments where she had to leave the room if she was!
